FEE STRUCTURE AND CHARGES

CORPORATE CLIENTS:

1. Administration / Reduction Fee – GAUTENG Fines:

An Administration / Reduction Fee is charged, calculated at 50 % of the amount that any fine is reduced with. This Fee includes all Admin in respect of taking over and Managing all the Fines & Warrants for a Client and the work involved in respect of the drawing of lists of actual Fines and Warrants on a Client or its Proxies’ names, the compiling of various detailed schedules for the client, monitoring of Fines & Warrants and the attendance to the various Traffic Authorities for the payment thereof.

2. Withdrawal Fee:

A Withdrawal Fee of 50 % is charged on all Fines & Warrants that are withdrawn.

3. Warrant Handling Fee:

A nominal Fee of 5 % is charged on all Fine with Warrants for Arrest on a Client’s name. When we attend to Warrants for Arrest, it is not necessary for the Client to appear in Court and we arrange with the Courts that a mere Contempt of Court can be paid. Once this is paid we have the Warrants removed from the Client’s name.

INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS:

1. Check-up Fee:

Should an individual require a check-up of the Fines & Warrants on his/her name at the Traffic Authorities, we charge a nominal Fee for doing checkups at- and drawing print-outs of Fines & Warrants on their names from the different Traffic Authorities as required.

2. Payment Fee:

For straight payment of fines that cannot and will not be reduced by the Prosecutors, and a small payment Fee is charged per area of payment. This payment Fee is not applicable if Fines were reduced for the Client in that area and for which a reduction Fee was charged.

3. Reduction fee:

A Reduction Fee of 50 % of all reduced amounts negotiated and acquired on Fines is charged.

4. Withdrawal Fee:

A Withdrawal fee of 50 % is charged on all withdrawn Fines & Warrants.

WE DO GUARANTEE THAT, INCLUDING OUR FEES, A CLIENT WOULD NEVER PAY MORE THAN WHAT THE ORIGINAL TOTAL AMOUNT OF HIS FINES WERE.
