FINE SOLUTIONS offer Corporate (and Individual) Clients the complete Management and resolving of all Fines & Warrants received on its vehicles, consisting of the following: 

1. Drawing a list of all outstanding Fines and Warrants on the vehicles & Proxies of a Company from the different Traffic Authorities through certain procedures.

2. Negotiating with Prosecutors of various Magisterial Districts for the possible reduction of Traffic Fines and resolving of all other traffic violations.

3. Assuring payment of Fines and Warrants timeously on behalf of Clients before they result in Warrants for Arrest being issued.

4. Resolving and payment of Warrants for Arrest without the need for Proxies to spend the whole day at Court.

5. Re-directing Traffic Fines into the names of employees who incurred them, but have subsequently left the Company.

6. Compiling and providing the Client with detailed lists of particulars on Fines on individual vehicles to enable recovery from the Employees who incurred them and to discipline repeat offenders.

7. Monthly or two-monthly follow-up service on Proxies or vehicles on our data-base, to identify any further Fines or Warrants against a person or a Company and the immediate resolving of same on a continual basis. The client will merely receive a statement at the end of every month reflecting what Fines were received on their vehicles during that month, the amounts they were reduced to and the final amount payable by the client.

FINE SOLUTIONS operate as follows:
 
1.   On receipt of all the original Traffic Fine documents and details of Proxy holders from a Client, our experienced Admin Staff compile and create a detailed spreadsheet for the Client on the computer database to reflect all information regarding the Fines on each motor vehicle involved and to monitor and control Payments due, pending Court Dates etc.

2.   Detailed print-out lists of all outstanding Fines and Warrants on the vehicles & Proxies of the Client in all areas are also acquired from the Traffic Authorities and reconciled with the data in 1 above to ensure all outstanding Fines & Warrants are attended to.

3.   The Prosecutors of the areas in whose Jurisdiction the Fines and Warrants were issued, are then approached to negotiate a possible reduction of the Fines and the resolving of all Traffic violations.

4.   Once the final total amount, due by the Client for all the outstanding Fines and Warrants for Arrest on all the vehicles owned by the Company have been established, the Client pays this amount together with FINE SOLUTIONS’ Fee into our Trust Account, which is an account specifically opened and conducted for this purpose.

5.   The reduced amounts due for all Fines and Warrants are then settled from this Account to the respective Traffic Authorities of the different areas and the Client is provided with all receipts and a detailed reconciliation.

6.   Complete records are recorded on computer for each and every vehicle under its registration number together with receipts for payments made. Queries regarding Fines paid can thus be resolved immediately and this prevents Warrants from being wrongly issued on matters that have been settled.

7.   Further additional Traffic Fines received by the Client on its vehicles are given to us on a continual monthly basis and the above process is repeated every time.

FINE SOLUTIONS covers all the Jurisdiction and areas of RSA and accordingly will be able to resolve Fines and Warrants in any Magisterial area in the Country
